REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Mia Hartson does not offer returns or exchanges if:

  • you change your mind about the product/s, or

  • you have opened and/or used the the product/s, or

  • there is problem with the product that is outside of our control. 

 

Mia Hartson ships goods using tracked delivery methods. We cannot issue refunds for missing packages. 

Damaged goods

Mia Hartson uses appropriate packaging and shipping partners to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your goods are faulty or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item/s.

Email us at mia@miahartson.com within 7 days of receiving your order (as recorded by the tracking number). Include your name, your order number as proof of purchase, and a description with photograph/s of the damaged item/s. We'll evaluate the problem and be in touch to discuss a satisfactory solution.

 

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply to your enquiry. 

 

Non-returnable items
 

Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
